Absolutely superb game. I discovered Kyle Thompson's games through this one and worked my way back through them all. So great to see the scope and skill evolve but Crypt Custodian truly feels like a crystalisation of everything they've been trying to achieve. The locations are beautiful, the enemies are diverse, the story is engaging, the map is massive, and the music is magnificent. Crashed VERY often (Win32 Function Failed: HRESULT" 0x887a0001). Fixed by turning off the Steam Overlay (right-click > properties > General). The downside is you won't get any Steam notifications while playing this game, like when an achivement pops, but that's the price.
