Absolutely wild. There's no graphics, only sound. The screen is always fully black. Yet somehow, you are still engaged in the game. This gives you insights on how games work. Even if you're not into gaming, you could play it just for the sake of an unusual and unique experience.

The novelty of a game without video is, I think, enough to justify the purchase, and the sound- and game design choices that are made here are definitely interesting enough to be worth studying for those interested. The idea that "limitations breed creativity" applies wholly here, but I don't think the game fully holds up as good entertainment for the average (not blind) player.

I'm a blind gamer and here's my two cents. People praise this for being innovative, and that's valid. Unfortunately it's not a good game. The voice acting is hilariously bad, the menu TTS is grating, the story is uninspired and often confusing, the characters have less personality than a sack of potatoes, and why does raising your shield to block instantly put a low-pass filter on every sound? I mean, I guess it's…
