It was nice revisiting this game from my childhood many years later, everything was how I remember it. Was also a fun time 100%ing it, the game and achievements both About Hardcore mode, while it provides a nice challenge of not dying at all (That and 100%ing it again at the same time), it felt as tho it was a tad bit lack luster. I fondly remember playing the Ty the Tasmanian Tiger games on my friend's GameCube back in the day. Alas, I never finished them... So it was a great surprise to find them here on Steam! I finally finished the first game all the years later! 13 hours was all it took to 100% this game (sans the two hardcore achievements; maybe I'll do those in the future). It was a ton of fun! There's nothing really wrong with this game but it's a fairly generic collectathon platformer. A lot of the level design isn't great and having to hunt down every last opal can really get tiresome on some of the bigger levels. The game still has some charm and if you're a fan of the original game, this HD PC rerelease runs great, but it's hard for us to recommend this to people who don't already have nostalgia for…
