Starward Rogue is a pretty fun top down shooter. A few things stand out when compared to other similar games. There isn't a lot of emphasis on Meta progression (which isn't bad, really!) All of the robots you can pilot are unlocked right away and some items seem to be locked behind completing achievements or something, but it all feels natural. An interesting twin stick shooter with rogue like elements. Very diffuclt even on easy mode. A lot of mechs that all play differently. Graphics are servicable, not great, but not bad. As a twin stick shooter this is more the "shoot a lot to do damage and keep your distance" with very few enemies that go down with a hit or two.
