This is a very faithful re-creation of the board game. The AI plays a decent game, and there are great deal of maps available as DLC.

Having played it 1 year apart, I noticed the AI has gotten stronger. But I don't enjoy the fact that AI (hard) will actively sabotage your routes, because they are making moves that aren't synonymous with genuine gameplay. ie. Putting down carriages that don't line up with any of their tickets.

Not recommended
I started playing with the previous game which was great and only needed maybe an HD graphics update. Then this game was released and decided to give it a try even after reading the bad reviews it got on its early days. I must admit for me it was simply good and bugs were so rare it did not bother me at first. Then the latest update is basically ruining the experience. I hope they fix the game and stop doing…
