At the current state, its quite short. Then again, the basis of the game is good. The addition of the base building right now is quite basic, but it works. Did come across some things that need some work, such as the AI sometimes getting stuck, or that, when there are a lot of moving sprites on screen, the game slows down. I like this game. It's got enough content to justify the price but it isn't too hard. I was able to complete the game on my first run without any of the roguelite perks and it took about 45 minutes. I'm excited for future updates as I'm a big fan of this type of auto-RTS genre and there aren't a lot of games out there that humor the power fantasy of swarms of minions scouring the map for enemies.
