While I understand this is an Early Access game, this game feels way too rough around the edges for even Early Access. The animations are stiff and clunky, there are optimization issues with the game stuttering every time a match begins, the computer AI is kind of abysmal (In one match, an Alex bot dropped his amp and proceeded to get stuck behind it and just blindly mash until it got unstuck). I've been playing platform fighters for 15 years, and I've even competed at some major events. So you can believe me when I tell you this: It fails at the one fundamental thing every platform fighter needs to nail, making the movement feel good.
