For the price, its very good. The combat has the snappiness of Hollow Knight with the constant dashing and slashes. The sprite work is actually really good if you pay attention, especially the regular sword combo The bosses arent super hard except for maybe 1 or 2 of them, which is a great break from usual games wanting to be the next hollow night or dark souls At the time of writing the music is pretty limited, but…

I hit a wooden fish 107 times with a wooden ladle to receive 107 Merit in a meditation room. I do not know what Merit is or does, as the game is *technically* but too literally and strangely translated. But it was, admittedly, meditative and relaxing to hear that “clonk” 107 times. Combat and traversal are fantastic. Very smooth. Low-rent Dead Cells with an Asian motif and heavy history & lore it seems.

Hard game to even beat the first boss, and after you die progress starts from 0, the stages are repetitive and ntg new after awhile gets boring. no for me
