For a game that does not have much to it, you'd expect it would at least have a story worthy to explore. The narrative however was severely lacking. This game is praised for it's beautiful and emotional story, but it's awfully uninteresting. When the game starts, a certain mood or ambience is created. It's dark, the house is creaking, thunder is streaking, a strange note on the door, a panicked call from the phone,…

Basically walking around a house and being nosy for two hours, but somehow it kept me interested the entire time. I loved piecing the story together and it got surprisingly emotional towards the end. The whole 90s setting and all the little details also gave me this really comforting nostalgic feeling. Just a genuinely really good game that stuck with me more than I expected.
