About the game

It all started with a simple robbery. When that thread was pulled, a tapestry of mysteries was revealed. Solve cases and outsmart criminals in a detective story full of lies, confessions, and maybe even a murder or two.

I did not encounter any bugs, so that is already a plus. This is another game that scratches that Ace Attorney itch. A well written story with interesting twists and turns, memorable characters, very punny names and great music. Paper Perjury does happen in an alternate world that appears to be similar to ours, but other than that the story is very grounded and realistic. A special shout out here to the track…

From the presentation standpoint, the game is charming and I enjoyed the visuals as well the audio. The writing issues, however, prevent me from recommending it. To start with, the game still has very basic typos that I would expect to be caught on the very first proofreading pass. Over eighteen months after release, I still saw characters say things like "consumed to the flames" and "I'm going to say my peace",…
