Krynn is painful to play: the copy protection by checking the journal pdf and the clumsy old UI and weird launcher and Steam cloud sync errors caused by the launcher. The combat is repetitive and there is a LOT of it. Inventory management is a terrible manual mess. Requiring a Knight to progress in the game is terrible game design. Deleting earned XP when leveling late is infuriating. However, few games capture the…

this game is the first game I played on my 286 way way back in high school. I would hurry home each day after school to play this game. I played it all the time until I beat it. And that was just the beginning because I would go to the mall each weekend or so to see if the next gold box game in the series was out.
