I know I have 0 hours in game as of writing this, but I have 6 hours in the demo. This game is wonderful. Be prepared to do a lot of math at the beginning though. I am so excited to play the rest of the game, but so far this has been an absolute gem. Thank you for scratching an itch. Also seeing "103 supported languages" on the steam page is really funny to me.

I played the demo for 6 hours, it's very difficult but really good. Similar idea to "The Message From Deep Space", but all of the program (including the exit button!) is written in the alien language. QOL is good, you can (right)click any symbol to bring up a dictionary page (written in the alien language of course), that tells you a little more about that symbol. I really wanted to like this game. I think it's really interesting to be dumped into an alien program and see how clever minds can be at working out language - and I really like deducing languages in games (chants of sennar is amazing).
