I'll definitely give this a thumbs up. The real world mod really makes the difference for me in my evaluation. Pros: 1. The game incorporates concepts that I have never seen in other football games and I own all of them. 2. The Diamond Diagrams are really a novel idea that really helps visualize the game concepts. 3. Absolutely not work the money. User interface is very slow and difficult to manage. Game mechanics are opaque and difficult to grasp. Nothing in the game remotely resembles the reality of managing an NFL team. I read some very positive reviews and am severely disappointed -- it's like I'm playing a completely different game from the reviewers.
