Eternal Evil is best described as a Resident Evil clone or knockoff. I'd say it's roughly 10% Resident Evil and 90% jank. The story is okay, but neither particularly well-developed nor captivating. The graphics are decent overall, although some textures, especially those on enemies, look rather muddy. The NPC animations can also feel pretty clunky at times. Impressive for a solo dev, but sadly not a good game. You'll be running around and inspecting every room looking for key items. Even looking up guides and walkthroughs, some answers to puzzles are not present in a legible way. I do enjoy the visuals, game runs fine, the occasional comic-style cut scene is interesting.
