About the game

Adrenaline-pumping gore retro funhouse that’s full of guns, magic, demons, vertical arenas, 3D visuals, 2D sprites, and heavy metal music. Inspired by FPS classics like Quake and Doom 64, Project Warlock II is the explosive boomer shooter sequel you were too shy to ask for.

this game is kind of an overbloated, overstimulating mess; but i kind of love it. very rough transition from the first game though, and frankly i'd moreso recommend just picking up that one instead of this unless you really need to get your fill. think of project warlock 2 as junk food and proceed accordingly. weird sequel.

Controller currently doesn't work well on PC, but it works on the Steam Deck just fine. I tried using a Xbox Controller on PC and it is WAY too fast spining around trying to aim even on the lowest setting it just spins aiming with the smallest input. It has a bit of a long loading time on Steam Deck, but the game is fun and has an amaing soundtrack.

After finishing EP1 with Palmer and getting to EP2 with Urd the game's fun factor (for me at least) has dropped like crazy. Every single level/area in EP2 so far has been a literally large fxcking area or longer corridor with some extremely clustered spaces indoors, most levels are 20 minutes when i've been looking for secrets as well and i will still literally find nothing, because i suppose most of these secrets…
