Let me start off by saying that while I enjoyed this game for a while, I found it lacking. Most of the items found during runs don't greatly change the way the game is played. There will be a lot of "+10% damage" or "+15% speed" items that don't feel terribly rewarding to get. This makes every run feel very similar. The rolling is a nice mechanic.
