About the game

A Lovecraftian investigative gamebook. New York, 1927. A case pulled from real history, wrapped in cosmic horror. His name was Billy Gaffney. The man who took him was real. This is an absolutely great game. The story is more personal and focused compared to the first one. Absolutely play it, you will love it. Critiques - Didn't get all the achievements because I never figured out how to get fast forward to work, so didn't want to play through multiple times. There's also no easy quickload. You have to quit to the main menu and then load your save each time you want to try another…

An excellent Lovecraftian interactive novel. True to the spirit and the lore of Lovecraft's stories while creating the atmosphere and weaving in true events from 1920's New York. A must for fans of the Cthulhu Mythos.

Personalities of these characters seem to be no deeper than various kinds of stereotypes.
