A great expansion pack from the age of PC gaming when the expansion packs still really meant something. Resurrection of Evil has some great innovations, like slowing the time and Half-Life 2 style gravity gun, and also some puzzles have been made in a way that the player have to use these features. Of course the player can use them also in shooting action, which makes it more versatile than in the base game. Also…

It's a fun DLC, but I think something of a missed opportunity. It mostly treads old ground of the base game as you spend most of it trawling through the same old Mars labs. The artefact and bosses were somewhat interesting but largely gimmicky, and the last boss especially was underwhelming. What this should've been was entirely spent in Hell with the fast paced but still horrifying gameplay experienced in the final…

I uninstalled this game a year ago and I have just reinstalled it. I bought the game originally from steam and I can see from Steam records that I played it for 86 minutes in 2025. I cannot play it now! I enter the serial number for the game from Steam records but it doesn't work! I'm not going to buy it again just to get another code. The game keeps asking for the serial off the jewel case!
