The game in and of itself is well-made, for me it had no technical issues unlike many of these old game ports, however it does not hold my interest as it re-uses items and levels ad nauseam. I find it to be very low-effort and there's no excuse for such a successful company, at the time, to do that. To me it seems they focused mostly on just pumping out game after game after game during the years they did these…

It's tolerable if your expectations are very low or if this is a childhood game of yours. But I cannot recommend it in todays age. It repeats the same ten stages with varying items to find each time. The formula gets old quick and the ancient nature of the game leaves more to be desired. But it's an OG.
