After a very long time, I decided to play Quake 3 again, and it's still an absolute blast that hasn't aged a bit! The movement, weapons, and maps are all exactly as I remember them. The speed, the amazing gunplay, and pure action where reflexes and skill are what really matter. No unnecessary stuff, just a classic FPS that is still incredibly fun to play after all these years. On a Saturday, there's one populated server and it's in America, making the ping too high for Australian players to be competetive. It's a shame because it was once a fantastic online fps game.
