Pretty much an interactive art gallery. My main issue is that your character's walking speed is comically slow. You can change this though by tinkering with the game files (there's a guide on steam for that you can look up). Personally I set the speed to 5 and it felt just right. Music's good and I did like exploring the map of the game. Art's solid. But I think this kind of game would work better as a concept album…

Cat Notebook is an art slide-show with music. And a rather poorly-executed one at that. The character wonkily moves excruciatingly slow between panels, to the point where there's several guides on how delve into the game's files and manually alter the character's speed. And still, dead ends means you have to tediously slog back through several dreadful screen mazes. Doesn't help that each screen arbitrarily decides…
