About the game

A free-roaming squad based RPG. Focusing on open-ended sandbox gameplay features rather than a linear story. Be a trader, a thief, a rebel, a warlord, an adventurer, a farmer, a slave, or just food for the cannibals. Train your men up from puny victims to master warriors.

Kenshi: I Lost My Arm and Found Myself Regret: 7% (lost two limbs, gained character development) Kenshi does not care about you. You start with nothing, get beaten up by bandits, get sold as a slave and lose an arm. That's the tutorial. Everything is out to kill you, and you have no idea what you are doing. Then you slowly get stronger, build a base and eventually get a robot arm. By the end, you're running an army…

I wish I could telepathically communicate the basics of this game to every new player, so they wouldn't ditch it before scaling the steep cliff that is its learning curve. Just take a little time out with this game and a search engine of your choice. Skim the wiki, ask people on reddit or something if you must, but I'm begging you: get a handle on this game, and it'll actually entertain you forever, 'unintended…

Every strategy to level up is purely based around cheese. The gap between early and mid-game is far too vast. It's not really a sandbox til you get well into the game. Extremely overrated and janky.
