Was looking for a modern take on the classic arcade space shooter: piloting a single advanced ship against an entire army. My first impression of this game is not great as we start out piloting an NPC ship for a bit too long, that I fear less patient players would give this a pass. I get that it gives us an appreciation of how powerful the hero ship feels when we get it, but I feel like we should get access to it…

Not a fan. Initally it was okayish, but the controls suck really bad for a space shooter... staying alive is hard with micromanaging weapons and dodging and drifting... I was okay with it at first, but it is really hard to recommend. I am not sure I want to sink any more time into this. The story is generic, the heroine is.. bland. Shooting basic fighters is okay.
