Bought this game in 28/05/2024. 18 days after my brother's death. I'm not the kind of person to get triggered and I needed a way to process all those emotions. Oh, what to say about this game... Spiritfarer came out 13 days after my father's unexpected passing, and naturally, I was going through a lot at the time: being stuck at home because of the pandemic and not being able to attend his funeral because I wasn't well enough to travel overseas; overseas travel wasn't allowed, in general. -The art direction, music, pictures, etc. are great. -Although the story is probably objectively good, I had issues with it. In particular, some characters' personalities are just too archetypal for me to be able or willing to relate to them. (Giovanni, Elena, Buck...).
