This would be pretty cool if it were not such a hard game. It pains me to give this a negative as I really like the game, except for what is written here. I love the graphics, and the eerie feeling of the game, but it is just too difficult to make it worth playing. This game is good for those who like dying and getting little to nowhere.

This game is pretty good. Fairly well balanced and relatively challenging. Some of the naysayers complain about the damage scaling in late game but what I have found is that you do several runs permanently upgrading the card library then you strategically build your deck on the run you want to win at. I had over 2k shields at one point so it is possible. If you like Slay the Spire 1 or 2 you'll probably like this.
