I bought this game purely to relive a bit of my childhood from when I used to play it on the PS2. NOSTALGIA is honestly the best word to describe it. The premise and story are relatively simple, but I've always described this game in the simplest possible way: "That alien game." And honestly, that's all it needs to be :) Pure nostalgia. Definitely worth it if you grew up playing it.

two words. Bad port. They didn't just bring the game to a new console. They redid it from scratch, and it is objectively worse. The camera is tight on your ass the whole time, making it feel like a third person shooter. They reduced the number of entities that can exist around you, as well as limiting the range of your powers and weapons considerably more than the original game did. They added challenges and a…
