I don't like the genre much, and yet I enjoy this one immensely. There's brilliant synergy in this coherent and powerful work of art, crafted with profound love only few devs can muster.

I wanted to like this game. I really did. But when the first two games I play ended with my character falling through the floor just seconds after defeating a boss, forcing me to restart the run, I felt cheated. And then I looked through the discussion and it hit me with the truth: this game's worst bugs, the ones that unfairly glitch a run through no fault of your own, have not been patched. For years.
