Arcadia Cafe is the definition of a passable budget title—not a masterpiece, but decent enough for a dirt-cheap horror fix. The retro visual style carries most of the weight, giving an otherwise basic game a surprisingly solid atmosphere. You won't be blown away, but if you spot it for a few bucks, it’s worth taking a low-risk gamble on a creepy evening playthrough.

The other that stood out though is the real horror which i wont spoil but I was surprised to find a game that covered it. However I am thankful for the enlightenment on the subject as its given me a new perspective. Only part i wasnt keen on was the stealth sequence.

Overall the game has the foundation of a good horror game, but just not a lot going on at any given time, and for about 60+ mins of runtime, I was…
