Stoneshard is a game I have very conflicting feelings towards. On one hand, it has everything I should like: replayability, deep systems, challenging difficulty, character customizability, a solid plotline. On the other hand, I've found it deeply frustrating to play for reasons that are hard to put into words. Luckily, I have found a framework to explain why the game doesn't work for me, and it comes from TTRPG…

Been following it since Prologue, so for about 6 years at the time of this review. A game with big potential but unfortunately the dev is hostile and arrogant towards players, talks down to them, doesn't listen to feedback (even quietly deletes it, lol) and insists on making a game that does not respect players' time: 1) No normal save system solely due to dev being petty (died at the end of a multi-level dungeon…
