I got the game to play seasons of baseball as a manager. But I haven't even tried managing in the game because I started playing Star Player mode instead. I haven't tried any of the other modes yet, of which there are many. The Star Player mode is a lot of fun, and so far this is the most fun I've had when playing any baseball computer game.

Real baseball finally has a home on PC I've been stuck between Super Mega Baseball (fun, but too cartoony) on PC and MLB The Show (great, but it chains me to the couch) on PS5. A few games into the paid version of eBaseball PRO SPIRIT, it lands right in that middle spot: a realistic, satisfying game of baseball I can play at my desk.
