It's fun to figure out if you've interpet the correct word or not. There's no way to confirm if you got it right or not - unlike Chants of Sennaar, so you're left with hoping what you guessed is correct - similar to Homicipher. The Apothecary of Trubiz is a minimalist game where you decipher a recipe book and use it to treat the patients of a small town. The music is nice and the graphics are charming. Good concept, but terrible graphics, lack of variety (there are not many mechanics), poor gameplay, and bad design (forced failures, badly designed conlang) make this a slog and not fun to actually play. Give it a pass.
