Kind of incredible how well this holds up, even as a (mostly) straight port from the DS. It's nothing that will blow your socks off today, but for being a first person horror game on the DS, you have to give it credit. Story is shallow and vague, and overall lacking, and the pacing is kind of clunky as far as progression goes, but this was kind of a first, and it feels experimental. I recommend it to both fans of horror and to absolute masochists who like to play games that are solely designed to piss you off, such as Dark Souls and Getting Over It with Bennet Foddy. If you wanna get all the achievements, I suggest you lube up. You´ll thank me later.

First time playing this. For context I didn't read the information that it was a DS game port. I found the game fairly scary at the beginning but once I got the shotgun, it started to become less scary (which is fine). I enjoyed the plot from chapter 1-6 but after that, everything felt loose. I had no idea what was happening after ch.6, gameplay became repetitive and boring.
