I really enjoyed the previous Door games, but this one by comparison was horrible, the puzzles felt almost entirely arbitrary and every time you make a mistake you have to start that entire section over again. I managed to get most of the way through the game (I think, going off of the shortcut portals, I could be wrong) before I finally just gave up because I got tired of having to re-solve the same puzzles over…

The game plays great! It's just like Door 1 and Door 3; there is very little jank, and the puzzles are of varying difficulty. The tutorial area is perhaps the best of all Door games. Technically, this looks and feels better and stronger. In the tutorial, I was a little worried that it might be too easy, but it's not -- and all the puzzles feel like they make sense.
