Overall Thoughts I feel torn about this game. On one hand, it has some genuinely great elements — on the other, a few design decisions make it feel unnecessarily grindy and frustrating. I know the game is not very expensive and I do appreciate all the effort in the games mechanics and art in particular but I'm at a place where I really want to love this and play it for hours on end but in it's current direction its…

At the moment Card of Legend is a one-time purchase game with no microtransactions, but the UI has a very mobile-esque design and it has systems that make it feel like it could be pay to win in the future. It isn't that and it's great that it's not, but the thought that it could makes me feel a bit uneasy. The main game mode is a singleplayer rogue-lite, but you build your 40 card deck beforehand outside this mode.…
