A bit mixed here... It's a nice adventure with a lovely art style that gives it personality. The fairy-tale atmosphere is probably the strongest point, and the characters and story have their moments. For my taste the pacing is a bit too slow, even for a point-n-click game. Still, it's a sweet and enjoyable experience, especially if you appreciate classic adventures with a bit of dark humor. Worth playing, just…

One of my favorite Daedalic games. I've beaten it multiple times and had a great time every single run. Wouldn't call it a masterpiece, though. Compared to Deponia or Edna & Harvey, it doesn't quite stack up, but it's still a damn good adventure. Great art, that signature Daedalic humor, and some absurd puzzles. Just the way we like it.

I tried to get into this game. I couldn't. The story is about as interesting as the title is creative. At a certain point I'd devested from the story so much that I was just looking up a walkthrough instead of even TRYING to solve the puzzles, at which point I decided I should just quit. The worst part is the hideous writing, though. First of all, could these characters possibly refer to each other by name any more?…
