very cool and unique game with great music - a bit like if A Link to the Past was 3D and more Diablo-like. *the keys mechanic is very laborious in the beginning of the game but becomes trivial once enemies start to drop significant gold in mid-end game.

One of the better dungeon crawlers I've played - ran perfectly on Steam Deck and on Bazzite. I'd recommend it.

Not recommended
I really wanted to play this game, but as it stands, I simply can't bring myself to do so. I was playing on an XBOX controller, and for some reason they made X the confirm button. This is baffling since the older Ys games were pretty good with mapping out the controller. Either give me a better controller layout or give me an option to let me create a better controller layout myself and I'll happily give this game…
