After playing nearly an hour of Water Festa (despite what Steam says), I have to wonder why this is a paid game. The quality is on par with a free web-based game. So much about it is achingly amateurish, from the art to the programming to the game design. This game has simple graphic but fun to interact with Songkran theme. The story is easy to understand and the dying animation is funny. The game mechanic is creative. The level design is good. Just need to balance the damage and modify each gun to be more unique. In conclusion, this game is great to play and winnable, but need to polish a bit to make it more fun.
